This animated series about a Pacific Island family living in Northern Australia is designed to help parents teach children about the core beliefs of the Adventist church in a fun and accessible way.
Each 10-minute video comes with a comprehensive family worship workbook that includes discussion questions for both parents and kids, Bible readings to learn more, family challenges and activities to try together, puzzles, colouring pages and songs.
I checked out the workbook for the episode called "Straw Maker" and I've gotta tell you, I was pleasantly surprised! I expected a few pages of questions and puzzles, but the 32-page PDF document was packed with resources, activities, and tips for parents to help impress on their children the moral of the story. Seriously, I was impressed!
Currently, there are only a few episodes available, but more are on the way. Subscribe to their website to be notified when the new videos are ready.
The series is produced by the Children’s Ministries Department of the South Pacific Division of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
