Typing.com

As far as free typing programs go, this one's great. This site features beginner, intermediate and advanced lessons and fun practice activities that will engage students and keep them motivated to improve their keyboarding skills.

The other thing I like about Typing.com is that they go beyond typing. Kids can also learn about computers, coding basics, and career preparation. You can upgrade to get rid of the ads and enjoy premium features, but for my kids the free version has been working well so far.
